By accessing or using Roadmapr ("Service"), operated by Hostao LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Roadmapr is a SaaS platform that allows product teams to create public product roadmaps, collect feature votes from users, manage changelogs, and embed roadmap widgets into their websites. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
You must register an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent.
You may not use Roadmapr to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in INR (India) or USD (international). Taxes may apply based on your location. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. Refunds after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.
Roadmapr and its underlying technology are owned by Hostao LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of all content (roadmap data, features, changelog entries) that you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For B2B customers processing personal data on behalf of their users, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of extended outages exceeding 0.1% downtime in a month, affected paid customers are eligible for service credits per our SLA. The Free plan is provided without uptime guarantee.
Either party may terminate the agreement. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your data before termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTAO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under AAA rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
