Request a full refund within 30 days of any initial purchase or plan upgrade. No questions asked, processed within 5–7 business days.
If Roadmapr experiences downtime exceeding our 99.9% SLA (more than ~44 min/month), you are eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Email billing@roadmapr.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, the date of purchase, and the plan you purchased. We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method: bank account (Razorpay for INR payments) or credit/debit card (Stripe for USD payments). Bank transfer timing depends on your bank, typically 2–5 additional business days.
If you purchased an annual plan, the 30-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable in full, but you may request a prorated credit toward another Hostao product if you cancel early. Email us to discuss your situation.
We handle unusual situations case by case. If you experienced a significant technical issue that we failed to resolve, or if there were exceptional circumstances, email us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution. We want happy customers, not legal arguments.
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, contact us at billing@roadmapr.in before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks incur processing fees from our payment providers, and we prefer to resolve issues directly.
